Lo scorso 28 giugno si è Svolta, presso l'Accademia dei Fisiocritici diSiena, l'Assemblea dei Soci della nostra Associazione, che è ben compostada su tutto il 35 Istituti distribuiti territorio italiano, le eccezione fattaper Calabria regioni e Val d'Aosta, and over 1500 members. MINUTES OF THE MEETING held 28 June 2004 at the Academy of Fisiocritici in Siena with the following agenda:

1. Approval of Financial Statement 2003
2. Approved Budget 2004
3. Any other

The General Meeting starts at 17.00 with the President, prof. Rodolfo de Bernart, Vice President Past President, Dr. Fabio Bassoli, the Coordinator of the Teaching Commission, Dr. Joseph Ruggiero, and 15 members.

Step 1: to be read out of the 2003 Financial Statement: The Assembly unanimously approved.
Step 2: to be read out of the budget 2004: The Assembly unanimously approved.
Step 3: is a proposed increase in registration fees AIMS to offset the constraints of the budget, since 2005: The Assembly unanimously approved. The new shares are as follows:
- Partners in training: € 30.00
- Ordinary members: € 70.00
- Members teachers: € 100.00
- Training Centers: € 350.00 (including registration of two teachers chosen by the Centre)
- Mediation Centre: € 170.00

The Assembly is dissolved at 17.20
