km right? There is a coefficient of trainability!

Aggiornamento corsa: After Sunday's race on Monday evening 12km winding-down, forced to rest Tuesday impossibility of finding time and workout at dawn today to be "free" to watch the match at 18.30 .... and I did great!!
7.00 am to work out his wife, the daughter awake, next to coma, may not rise again in time for the school and are already on the road. The sky is leaden, but it does not rain. As soon as the GPS signal takes delivery decided, the leg appears to have partially recovered the "bunch" of Bracciano ( post below) ... ... Gongolo but it is only a moment of euphoria ... here comes the flood.
I do not know. 13km to 4.48, I come home soaked to capacity and are punctual at the office at 9.00, where not enough, I expect a series of bike rides that still give me a double ration of water ... but at least in this case ... they pay me!
After 17 days of sun there is yarn.
We come quickly to the title:
Just as there is a rule of maximum heart rate (220-age ), which will undoubtedly have heard, and ... on which, generally, should be calibrated training there is also a less well-known rule: The coefficient of trainability that others would not, that the number maximum weekly km which in theory can do ... this coefficient is (120-age ).
Actually I read this thing 2 times and 2 sources ( important) different that, even if schemini different from each other in substance were nearly equivalent to what I simplistic summary.
I personally think this rule applies, but much less strict than the heart, with my own eyes I saw 50s to over 150 miles a week and travel such as trains.
For goodness sake, even the rule starts from the heart ( crowds ) all at the same age and so we have the same heart, but if we investigate we find that in principle it is very realistic.
should however be said that even the coefficient of trainability, when applied to mid-level athletes who train with some regularity for many years (some to me) at the end really badly wrong ... above all when we (me and ) points out that the inexorable passage of time, we must respond with wisdom without overdoing it.
's your word ... I hope you enjoy the inspiration.
